Re #7 - I also really enjoy Emily Oster's newsletter, but found that post on grandparents and daycare both very unhelpful (except the part where she said what she's doing) and yet also flippant about the impact of COVID on 30/40somethings. The comment thread is fascinating and really shows how much a dilemma this is for parents.
